Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Bucchan Works ("we") handles information in the apps we publish ("the app").
1. The short version
Everything you record stays on your device. Nothing is sent to a server we control. We cannot see your records, we do not collect them, and we do not store them. We do not operate a server that receives your data.
2. What is stored on your device
All of the following is entered or imported by you, and stays on your device.

Uninstalling the app removes this data from your device. Individual records can be deleted at any time inside the app.
3. Health Connect
With your explicit permission, the Pro version reads the following from Android's Health Connect:
- Weight, body fat, lean body mass, height
- Steps, distance, calories, sleep, resting heart rate, blood pressure, basal metabolic rate
How we handle it
- Read only. The app never writes anything to Health Connect.
- What we read is saved as records on your device only and is never transmitted anywhere.
- We do not sell or share this health data with anyone, and never use it for advertising.
- Reading happens only when you tap the import button. Nothing is collected in the background.
- You can revoke access at any time under Settings → Security & privacy → Health Connect → App permissions. Reading stops immediately.
- Records already imported remain on your device. Delete them in the app, or uninstall the app, to remove them.
4. Google Drive sync
The Pro version can keep your records in a file so several devices stay in step.
- You choose the file. The app touches no file other than the one you picked.
- The file lives in your own Google account. We have no access to it.
- If you don't use this feature, records stay on the device only.
5. Advertising (free version only)
The free version shows ads through Google AdMob. AdMob may automatically collect information such as your advertising ID in order to serve and measure ads. That processing is done by Google, not by us — we neither receive nor keep it.

- You can turn off ad personalisation under Settings → Privacy → Ads on your device.
The Pro version contains no ads and does not include AdMob at all.
6. Permissions the app uses

None of these give access to your location, contacts, photos or call history.
7. Sharing with third parties
We do not provide, sell or share your records with anyone. We could not do so even if asked — we never receive them in the first place.
8. Children
The app is intended for adults and is not designed for children under 13. As we collect no personal information, we do not collect children's information either.
9. Deleting your data
- Individual records: delete them from the Records tab or the delete buttons in each screen.
- Everything: uninstalling the app removes the data stored on the device.
- The file on Google Drive: delete it yourself — we cannot act on it.
- Data inside Health Connect: delete it from Health Connect on your device.
10. Changes to this policy
We may revise this policy as the law or the app changes. Significant changes will be announced on this page.
